CL was founded in 1999 to focus on providing a higher level of management support and improved service levels in an industry where cost has traditionally often been the deciding factor in choosing a new service provider.

Therefore the company has focused on specific sectors and regions to ensure we are able to meet the challenge of providing more management resource per contract than our competitors.

Our contracts range from 10 hours a week at smaller offices to in excess of 800 hours a week at a world renowned university.

We have a low staff and contract turnover through building excellent relationships and good management practises that look to achieve long term solutions without stretching our resources for short-term profit.

Our experienced management team and quality ethos have enabled the company to gain considerable market penetration in the areas in which we operate, in one city alone, we clean over 65 buildings which is testament to the quality of our management, staff, client relationships and the references we are able to provide.
